So my wife ordered pizza and some wings tonight, having some friends over. The location happily took my $40, cancelled my order. Accused my wife of stealing her own credit card, and the manager refused to speak with us. We called back and was told that the manager will call us in the next 30 minutes to an hour. They didn't even have the guts to tell us they had cancelled our order, never called or emailed. This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Then the manager finally called back, and said he didn't call us back an hour after his 30 minute break. He didn't admit they messed up, and would make us drive down there to prove it's her ID. Then he hung up on my wife. Don't come here, the management is poor to say the least.nnUpdate: 2 years later and I still have yet to hear back from the manager. Incompetence at its finest at this location.
We had an awesome in this restaurant. We loved the awesome vibes and the menu. The staff members were very personal. I am glad we finally managed to visit this spot.
Pizza hut has good food I really like there stuff crust pizza. One thing I did not like was I had to wait in my car for them to bring out the pizza few times before that I was able to sit inside the facility. But I still love pizza hut over Domino's and Papa John's bone out chicken is also good always get them .
I haven't eaten pizza hut in a long while and this restaurant made it clear why. I asked for extra tomatoes sauce and I even said I'll pay extra, my pizzas where thinly very thinly sauced, as for cheese: it looked like they were running out with none to spare. I payed 33 dollars. My opinion pay half and go to lil ceazers or anywhere else. This is trash.
I asked for double mushrooms and each slice of pizza literally had just one. I also asked for garlic buttery crust and it wasn’t done.
