American Shades, LLC

I am grateful to Shawn and his crew for the work they did on my house. We were preparing our house for sale and Shawn accommodated our tight schedule with poise and professionalism. I had American Shades, LLC pressure wash the house and stain my front porch and back deck railings, fascia, and riser boards. American Shades, LLC provided quality workmanship. Shawn's attention to customer service and satisfaction were priority one. I definitely would hire American Shades, LLC for future painting/staining projects!

First time ever hiring out because we do everything ourselves and we are so happy we did. Super trust worthy and did an excellent job painting our entry. We highly recommend American Shades and plan to have them back in the future!

Shawn and team did an amazing job. I usually do all of my painting myself because I actually enjoy it, but we just bought a new house and it was many different colors. While the colors weren't horrible, they were old and needed to be freshened up. I wanted the whole house done as a base of one color before we moved in and I knew from past experience, this would be a huge undertaking. I got a few different estimates, and although American Shades, LLC came in a little higher than the other two, we still went with them. Why? Professionalism and communication. I am a stickler for good communication. I want to know what I am getting and when I am getting it. I want to know how much it will be and what could cause additional costs or even less. Shawn's communication was top notch. The job was completed in a timely manner and met all of our expectations. What would have taken me weeks, if not months to finish, they got done in 5 days. Definitely would recommend them and will use them again in the future should we need a big job again.

We had them paint the exterior of our home in 2018. They did quality work and were very reasonably priced. We will be calling them again soon to do some interior painting.

I contacted American Shades after a referral from a friend. Shawn came over to evaluate what I was looking to do and was very honest about what would be best for me for me to get the most for my money. I did hire them to do my kitchen/dining and the work was great! I will be using them again to do the whole interior of my house when ready.
