One of the more interesting groups of people I've met in years life live there or did.
A nice place for my friend to put her traylor to live and laundry facility and pool and recreation area to have use of also.
Not the worst of mobile home parks in town but it does have some scummy people hanging around alot! As long as u keep your things locked up and keep to urself besides few people that I know then you should be ok.nThe manager can be caring but most of my run ins with him haven't been good! He is very opinionated
Better then Mountain Lyon rv park. Manager is nice and doesn't yell at people like they are 2 years old...
