Every person in the office treated me and my children with respect and courtesy. The rep that handled my taxes went above and beyond to assist me with my new tax situation and was a very compassionate person. I also observed numerous times, the office staff display a great working team attitude that carried over to their clients. They made sure that each customer was served ad soon as possible.
