Sent my forms in and was missing one took a while to get it when I finally faxed it they called me that they received it and that they would call me back so today I get a call that they shredded my original ones that I sent them in and they weren’t going to be able to do it anymore because they were rude to busy and they didn’t have time they could’ve told me this the day I faxed them over instead of making me wait I had done my taxes with her from way back Many years when my children were small and now my my daughters go to her as adults so I was really shocked that I got this response from her employees and disappointed So please Sonia if you can tell your employees to better communicate with your customers because customers Are what make your business!!
