I love the pizza, just wish they’d answer the phone when ever I call.
The kid answering the phone is in need of some serious communication skills
I really really like this place, but let's be real.. It's not a five star place. For what it is, it's great! Basically the fastfood joint of pizza parlors. The staff are always friendly, and their service is pretty quick. No complaints, I've been here at least a dozen times and I know I will come again :)
When we have been to appointments, groceries shopping, it's so nice to pop in an they have it ready, an I don't have to cook or clean up. Win win
There were items that were not delivered, so I called the store and the kids running the store didn't care told me that it was what ever delivery company that Lil Ceasars hire to deliver pizza for them that it was their fault not theirs.nI ask for the owner to call me and the kid said that he would not process my request because the owner would tell me the same thing.nI told the kid that I was going to write a bad reviews on social media and he said that sounded great and go a head and do it.nFor now on my family will be ordering pizza from Lil Ceasars Competitor pizzanLike Puzza Hut or Domino's....
