This review does not include brittany. She was wonderful with handling my taxes. When I went today to inquire about more business I was met with a very rude and disrespectful man behind the desk. In light of the virus I understand things are hard, but there is no need to greet new businesses with such anger. I will not do business with them any longer and if you so choose to go to them, be ready for un unpleasant greeting.
I wish we could give negative stars! This guy is a joke!nMike filed our 2018 taxes wrong and NEVER told us they were rejected, resulting in my daughter losing her financial aid.nWe left numerous voicemails that were never returned until my husband had to walk in TWICE.nI don’t know why I was going to let him file our 2019 but my husband thought he was easy.nWhen we got there not only did he not apologize for filing our return wrong he cussed at and asked us to leave when I told him I’d like to know that this years taxes were filed correctly.nPlease don’t go here unless you want the least professional service.nWill also be reporting his behavior to the tax board.
