The worst experience in my life, my appointment was at 1.30 today. I showed up at 1.25. Sign in. Waiting until 1.40. My appointment was with Melissa I think. Showed up. Just she said follow me. And after that she disappeared for another 10 min. I left at 1.48 and no body stopped me or asking why I left. If you dont do you qork other people can do it.

Linda did my taxes. She is friendly , funny, and professional. She has a wonderful personality which made me feel calm. She answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Linda. I will see you very soon Linda,nAnd I cant thank you enough. Take care and stay safe.

My husband and I had our taxes done at this location by the lovely Melissa. She was so awesome very patient and knowledgeable. I would definitely tell anyone looking to get your taxes done at this location Melissa should be your go person!!! I will definitely be back next year!!!

I called to file my taxes and get some missing w2s. I was helped by a very nice lady named Karol she answered all my questions and best advised me on what to do next. I’d hire her anytime..

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Spoke to Carol at this location, whom doesn’t sound very pleasant to begin with. Has quite an unfriendly attitude.nShe gave me a quote of $350, or so to file taxes. That’s quite an outrages amount just to file for taxes.. If theirs elsewhere to file them, comment below.
