We come to this location quite often, most of the time it has been good, but lately it not so good. We stopped going for about six weeks because the last time I ordered pizza with the sliced tomatoes it was all runny on top. Tonight we decided to try again and this time we got burnt pizza on the bottom and around edges. So disappointing. I thought last time I would give them another chance, but now I am not so sure.ud83dude12

I ordered through doordash and for one the price of the food for how much I got was next to nothing. The pasta I ordered was burnt to the pan. And they included no spoon or forks so had to wait 2 hours to even eat it. They should atleast tell if they charge for utensils I would have paid for it. Won’t Order from them again ud83dudc4eud83cudffb

Sadly we've been disappointed by Scratch pizza a few times. When they 1st opened we thought they were amazing. Tonight we ordered pizza from them, and it was completely burnt on the bottom. You could actually smell the burnt pizza before I open the Box. We don't order out a lot. So it's like a treat for the kids when we do. It's just such a bummer.

I got home with my bags of food i picked up from this Scratch location just to find out my order wasent complete, they didint give me all my items. It says outside that they deliver but refused bring it to me. I had to make a second trip to pick up the meal that they forgot to give me. Didint even offer a free drink or anything for the trouble. I understand it was partially me because i should have checked my bags. But its also their responsibility to double check my receipt. And its only good courtesy to offer something for my bad experience. This was my first time here. I wouldn't be surprised if things like this happen often here. Not professional at all.
