I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done. I brought in an old coach bag that was my Grandmothers and it was transformed into a new beauty. I had brought in a pair of Frye boots that were given new life my adding a strap with feathers. These items will bring me so much joy. The customer service and quality craftsmanship that Jack offered was simply amazing. Can wait to transform more items.

I had three hats, didn't fit me well and were way too big. She resized them to fit my head, got creative in reshaping one and was just great. She was very easy to work with even though I'm super picky! Really recommend!
