The Chinese lady working the office is extremely scared of the virus that she unplugged the line so that people are not able to make an appointment, she's not helpful whatsoever. I've physically been to the office and its completely empty and when I informed her im unable to make an appointment over the phone she said she couldn't do anything to help me. Don't waste your time in this office, the staff is not there to help

all i need is to get on the line and speak to someone to make an appnt. I have been calling all these numbers listed for IRS and i have not been successful, i keep getting transferred to different departments, and none of the options from the automotive service applies to me.

Office door is closed. No one is there to help. What good is a government office if no one is going to be there.
