Ordered online order said complete in the tracker but never received. I call the store on hold for 40min and they tell me it was sent to the wrong address,how? (I ordered online with my profile) Then they tell me the best we can do is reorder it and it may take up to 45min. don’t go here terrible customer service and long wait times for something you may never receive

2.5hrs after ordering, pizzas finally showed up. They were wrong.... but some food is better than none I guess. EDIT: 5hrs after ordering and still haven’t received the stuffed cheese bread. Won’t spend money here again.

Pretty much same thing just happened again. Guess not much has changed. Bad! Ordered pizza way ahead. Not ready in time. Then waited an extra half hour. Still couldnt get 1 pizza made. Left empty handed again!nBad!nnOrdered online . Estimate was about 1 hr. Pizza tracker said it was ready 1 hr 25 mins.later. went inside and told it would be out in 5 mins. After seeing previous customers leave for same issue. Stood in line again, pizza still wasn't ready. Barely going to make it after a 3d attempt. Cancelled order. No apology, employee acted like I just ordered it! Waited close to 2 hrs .they didn't even start on my. Online order. Total failure. Had to go get dinner somewhere else!

This is by far the worse customer service I've ever experienced from a frontline/cashier. Not a hello or thank you, in fact I had to do the approach and she still seemed bothered. The gal making the pizza however, did come out to greet and welcome me as I waited, she also did a good job making my pizza and stuffed cheesy bread ready on time, kudos to her! I had stopped going to this location like 3 years ago because of the service but decided to give it another try, sadly still not a friendly service overall.

The employees are so UNPROFESSIONAL yet they get surprised when you give them the same attitude back. They have over 10 people in the kitchen, but they’re still so SLOW!! The wings we got had literally barely any buffalo sauce on them, and when we complained they tried to tell us it was basically our “fault”??? Customers are PAYING for good quality. Mind you they don’t wear hair nets food service, and their hair be looking messy. Making a complaint to corporate, and maybe operations can do a better job at hiring better people in the future.
