Worst pizza place ever trust me. I ordered for delivery and waited 1 hour and a 1/2 , finally I called their store and they said that the order was put as carry-out by mistake. I told the order taker twice that it was for delivery. Soo I reordered the pizza again wile on the phone explaining their mistake and they gave me a discount for their mistake. They said it would be 25 more minutes for the new order ud83dudc4c. 10 min later I get a call from them , at this point I've been waiting almost 2 hours for pizza and they tell me that my credit card information was voided when they applied the discount, to which I replied thats ok just keep the pizza and I will never buy pizza here ever again ,have a good day lol. Worst experience ever.
Something happened to my pizza when it came out of the oven. However, they took care of the problem fast and the employees were very nice. I didn't have to wait too long for them to re do it.
When someone orders curbside and it’s not available past a certain time, you let your customer Know. If I wouldn’t have called, I probably would have sat there all night. Treat your customers how you would want to be treated, with consideration.
Messed up my order , and tried everything in there power to not fix the situation..unprofessional staff ..go to a different Pizza Hut I warn you guys.
