I had a delivery order and I wanted to call and make sure it was placed. I call, I get put on hold, then hung up on. I call, get put on hold twice, get hung up on. I finally reach the store over phone, and they automatically hang up on me. After 2 hours of waiting, ( when the tracker said it would be to me in 30-40 minutes!) I try to cancel my order, it doesn’t allow me to! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! And 50$ down the drain!! Don’t order from this Pizza Hut, absolutely awful and not worth the headache.
It is great pizza. Nice people that work there.
Lacking customer service and food smells better then it tastes. Wings are very oily, cheesy sticks are hard and dry overall $30 down the drain

First incident: I ordered here the delivery person did not ring the doorbell. I called to ask where my order was and they claimed they rang the doorbell and they did not.They ended up having to remake my order.nnSecond incident: Its 8:17pm and just received a call that my order will be canceled due to the kitchen closed.Website states they close at 1am. Will not be ordering from this place anymore.
