Came in and picked up food not sure if I got everything now. No time to check. I was about to leave when I asked if everything was there. The cs said yes then I realized I was missing the gallon of sweet tea. I asked for it and noticed that he grabbed a gallon of Odwalla juice emptied it rocked it and filled it up with the sweet tea from the restaurant machine. I don’t think that’s the way they are supposed to be giving it out but should be sealed. Specially these days that we need to be more careful. I hope when I get home everything is there.
I got to go food. I did not check my order before i left. I got home and the order was wrong and missing stuff. i called them and got lucky the owner answered. i explained to him what happened and that i was to tired to come back, He said i will leave a note of what to give you next time to make this right. so i came back, in on 8/29/2020. the young man working there was not very friendly. when i told him about the the not he got more of a bad attitude. i explained that the potato was for my wife and she is a vegetarian. i asked for extra cheese and green onion. by the way this was the smallest potato i have ever got from there and just few pieces of cheese. When i got home there was a small piece of meat right in the middle of it. Another thing i did not get on my last order was onion strings. This time i received 4 or 5 little pieces .i was supposed to get a full rack of ribs and he argued with me about it. i called and left several messages over the next few day for the owner to call me. either someone is deleting the messages so he wont get then or he just does not care, either way i will find some where to spend my money once a week .
My (amputee) dad and i only came into the store because the app kept malfunctioning. So we were already a little annoyed but no biggie.. There was no other customers in the store and we recieved horrible service The 4 employees did not acknowledge us even as we stood at the counter. And when they finally did, they were rude. AND they were out of the big baked potatoes, the only reason we came here. Only redemption was the cashier woman was decently nice as she rung us up. Then rude when I asked for another lid after dropping one. Not a word as we left. Probably never coming back to this location because that was really ridiculous.nnEdit: oh when we started eating in the car all of out meat was barely warm. Ridiculous.
Made Our order 1 week in advance !! It was the Best rotisserie Turkey , Cornbread stuffing & Pumpkin pie !! Made this Thanksgiving so much easier !! We never had a rotisserie Turkey !! The Family LOVED it !! Family time is Important !! Thanks Dickey's BBQ in Lake Elsinore !!
To be completely honest it was our 1st time at a DBP and it was the Tmobile promo that brought us in. We were having some trouble figuring out how exactly to use it and the DBP app and the staff at this location were just straight up rude to my wife. We will not be returning to this location for DBP. Had some a day later in Riverside and it was great.
