Went in for a simple tax return 2-W2's $69 advertised. Oh no with all the add ons for medical insurance. Now it's $160. For a simple tax.

I am an H&R Block returning customer, so far I've had a good experience in the 3 years I've filed with them. My tax professionals have all been friendly, easy to talk to, approachable with questions for those just starting to understand what it all entails and they patiently walk me through step by step! They definitely suit my needs and will continue to go back.
