I was able to get my stuff out of the car with no problem. That my car was towed was my own fault and the driver was just doing his job. He was nice but firm and I don't fault him.

Paid my bill called at 2pm to pick up my car they said wait 30 mins and someone will call me. Then 50 mins passed we called lady places us on hold told us someone will call in 20 mins. No one called. We called at 320, they said only can pick up between 11-3. R u kidding me. Why so u can charge Ford for another night. Shady. You are wrong.

Dedicated Recovey decided to not follow proper protocol and remove the belongings from my mans car.. Instead they claim to have just sent the car as is to the auction lot right away... definitely very shady. Keepsakes from his grandmother, a monitor, speakers, clothes, shoes are all things among which they decided to steal / lose... definitely going to be difficult taking care of this. Filing a police report for theft if they don’t find our things!!
