Me and my wife were in a time sensitive situation where we needed to drive to Mexico as soon as possible because our visa was expiring. We’d been to other shops and they couldn’t care less, didn’t even take a quick look at it because it was thanksgiving and they just couldn’t - even though there was just another car there. When we explained our situation, crying distressed, all we got was a tap in the back. When we got to All Performance Tire & Auto our luck finally changed. Luiz waited for us to get to his shop and once he did he ran as fast as he could - three people were working simultaneously in our van after it was already dark - to figure out what was the problem. They were able to find the problem and rushed to call dealers and local shops to get us the piece in time. It took a day for the piece to get there and as soon as it did he fixed it very quick. The way he, Willy and everyone there understood our problem and went out of their way to help us meant the world to us. They are nice people - which, unfortunately, is becoming something rare. So, they deserve all the praise. Every time I go to bed I think about this day and feel thankful for them having crossed our path to help us in such a difficult time. We managed to get to Mexico on time thanks to them.nnIf you need to do something with your car in the Palm Desert area; there’s no question that All Performance Tire & Auto is the best place for you. Excellent service- quick, friendly and efficient. Needed ro replace a valve (sensor type) on a 2018 F350 dually. Didn't have it in stock; went to NAPA, back in less than 10 minutes. In and out of the shop in 45 minutes at a very reasonable cost.
