I was about to start a hike on the Pacific Crest Trail from the Cedar Springs Trailhead near Mountain Center, CA when I suddenly realized my keys were gone. Well, to make a long story short, Marcelo drove close to 55 miles (one-way) of which 5 miles were off the main road to remedy the situation in minutes. He also pinpointed my location way faster than the dispatch serve of y Insurance provider.

Very unhelpful on the phone almost to the point of being rude. And where in the world would you have to purchase your own trailer hitch and bring it to them so they can put it on? Not good service
