I had some insurance repairs needed on some of my Hunter Douglas blinds, and the company I bought them through no longer worked with Hunter Douglas, so when I called Hunter Douglas directly, they referred me to Shades Above for the insurance repairs.nnI had an incredible experience. They were professional, They dealt directly with Hunter Douglas, and actually replaced a few other blinds (that had nothing wrong) because the original color was no longer offered. My contact with the office and scheduling was great. The installers wore face masks the whole time, without having to ask them to. They did a great installation job. I never even had to pull out my warranty, and they got approval to replace the blinds.nnThey were so good across the board, that I can't even think of anything they need to improve on.nnIn the future I will always use them. They got me as a customer for life.

Super nice and helpful. Lots of knowledge about shades, blinds, and parts. Though he didn't have my brand, he steered me to another source. Limited weekday hours, as he might be out on a site.

I should have done this a few years back, but now it's coming from a 'still satisfied' customer after almost four years. Burt worked with us and provided exactly what we wanted and needed at the BEST price. Jeff did a professional job of installing shades and custom made valances. We also had Plantation shutters installed. It has been such an energy saver; everything is very attractive and easy to maintain, and we get compliments on their products all the time. Thank you, Burt and staff for a job well-done.
