Paul has been great. We discussed what I needed/ wanted, and he had it the following day with installation one day later. I've had a couple of tech questions and he's been happy to help. I waited while he installed and he made me very comfortable. I'd been to 2 other shops, one put my info on an envelope and as I expected, never followed up. I also looked at a big box store but had install concerns. Paul was very competitive price wise and installation was great. A win win!
Awesome service! Paul is very knowledgeable, trained by BMW service, knows his way around a card specifically my BMW 328 Convertible. Very tiddy, clean install of Thinkware Q800 Pro dash cam. Friends were in terrible accident and person behind them had dash came that caught the road rage that put them in hospital. Cops came right away with full evidence. Decide to get camera after lots of research, and Paul knew the product and did nice clean job and it worked like a champ. Tricky to hook GPS into system, audio, lots of features now work great. Thanks Paul!
Paul is a very knowledgeable specialist that has the demonstrations to back it up. He was able to take care of my audio issues on a last minute call, one thing that caught my attention was that he never said (I CANT DO IT OR WE DON`T DO THAT HERE.) Witch is rare here in the valley, I`m going back next week for custom work and will post pictures later. Thanks Paul,
