Josh took great care of us. Went to great lengths to help us out with a bumper attachment repair.nVery professional, work was done in a timely fashion and at a reasonable cost. We will use Caliber Palm Desert again. Most importantly Josh treated us respectfully and is definitely an asset to the company.

Frank was my estimator and he helped me with usaa claim on my Mercedes. Car was done pretty quickly and looked awesome. I am a very picky about my car. I tried to find anything wrong with the repairs and couldn't find anything. Shop does great work

Went in for estimate and after receiving the estimate quickly I reviewed it and seen I wanted to do the repairs on my vehicle. I asked when I could bring it in Enrique was able to get my vehicle in THAT SAME DAY. He was very professional and was able to give me a time frame as to when my vehicle would be completed. Caliber kept me informed from beginning to end. The entire process was seamless and the final product was more than expected. If I had to take any of my vehicle's for repairs I would with out a doubt take it to Caliber Collision in Palm Desert. From the Front office to the Manager everyone was exceptional and very helpful throughout my entire process.nnThank you Again for all that you have done. I would highly recommend anyone who needs repairs to go to this location

I want to say that I know nothing about what to look for regarding a quality repair. As long as the paint looks shiny and matches the rest of the car then I am happy. That repair part of the car looks flawless. The reason why I am giving 5 stars is because of the friendly experience that I had with everyone involved from start to finish at Caliber Collision. Of course everyone was professional and knowledgeable as expected from a large company. The thing that I was impressed with was their ability to talk in a way that I could understand. I was kept updated every day on the status of my repairs but I wasn't drowned in technical jargon. The service advisor really knows how to talk to their clients to make them feel involved in the process. I don't know anyone that chooses to go to a body shop but if you have a choice on where to go this is the one.

Frank helped me repair my vw gti when I hit a debris on freeway. I paid cash for repairs. Frank helped me with price. Repairs done in 3 days. Awesome.
