I love the service! Knowledgeable, patient, oh so patient, kind, even always available to answer any questions, and thoroughly, any time of the year!! I am always calling with huge concerns and Nicola always explains it all in a calm, understanding way. Have no idea how she has patience with me, but she does! Completely trust her and so thankful for her dedication to her customers, understanding tax laws, and professionalism. And quick! Such fast service!

Nicola has been my tax advisor for the past 8 years now. I’ve had the pleasure of working with her and her staff throughout the years. As an accountant (not in tax) I know I could do this myself but I decided to leave it to the experts. Whenever I have a random question or need advice on where to save money they always have the best answers. Thank you for helping me save money and always being so professional and prompt. I have zero hesitation recommending Nicola and her team. I have referred several colleagues with more complex tax challenges than myself and they have continued to return as well. Even though I no longer live in the desert Nicola has been more than accommodating and I have no reason to go anywhere else. You guys are the best!

Such a great experience!! My taxes gave me so much anxiety and I hadn’t filed in 3 years. Nicola Wong helped me through my unbelievable mess. I am so grateful for her knowledge and expertise. Nicola was able to explain everything to me in a way I could easily understand and she calmed all the nerves I had regarding my tax situation. Another awesome thing was during these crazy COVID times it was especially great to see she was taking all the cleaning and safety precautions necessary to make her clients feel comfortable and keep them safe (masks, plastic barriers, sanitizing, distancing, etc) I will definitely be back next year and look forward to it!!

Great place, Cindy Bass was very helpful, very nice. Not a sales person, answered questions thoughtfully and FULLY. walked out happy , and better off than with my turbo tax from last year.
