We don't have 100% confidence in the ability of the person who did our taxes. Although, we enjoyed her from a personal level, she is delightful to work with, we do not have the confidence in her abilities. She seemed to bumble along with the forms and the software she was using and when a problem came up, she didn't seem to have the knowledge to know what to do. Many things which I thought she should be knowledgeable about, she wasn't.

Once I got over some communications and lack of knowledge on my part. It was O.K. I had used the same tax preparer for years in my business and profession He retired and I had to find another tax person. This was the first year I did all on line and being handicapped and 80 years old it really helped. Fred Ortman

H&R Block was recommended by my financial adviser at Merrill Lynch. I made an appointment online and had my taxes done the same day. I am extremely pleased with the very professional, ethical, and courteous service I received. I will definitely be using H&R Block from now on.

Shirley is very knowledgeable with the law's of my situation. I have used her for many years . ( Legally separated) . I Will always return to her. Until she one day will have to retire. She is excellent.
