4 stars for food, pizza is pretty hard to mess up. 1 star for the customer service. I’ve ordered plenty of times before with no issue. Today I got delivery again and when it arrived I had watered down marinara and no seasoning on my breadsticks. Tried to call but lines were busy, so I went back in myself to try and have the situation corrected. Short woman working the counter immediately gave me attitude like it was my fault the breadsticks were messed up. Doesn’t offer an apology for the inconvenience or anything. Takes my dry breadsticks and sprinkles dry seasoning on them without any butter or whatever to help it stick. Super disappointing.. Breadsticks were messed up, I gotta wait for new ones, that’s totally fine, I’m not bothered by that. I work this business too. What’s upsetting here is this woman’s complete lack of customer service skills. So unacceptable, don’t waste your time trying to be nice.
I don't understand how this store hasn't been closed by the health department. Not a single person wore at face mask, gloves or even a hairnet. I looked inside and the same thing was happening. Also the dining room was extremely messy and dirty I don't know how you can have everything be so dirty if nobody is allowed to eat inside. Nobody out coronavirus the Hut.
Pizza is meh and twice I've had different employees show up NOT wearing a mask... DURING a pandemic.
We enjoy hanging out. Yesterday we visited this magnificent place which friends told us about. We had a delightful evening there with superb dishes and a courteous crew and an impressive chief cook. We added this place in our list and we will definitely go again very soon. We deeply recommend.
It's good food was good hot and ready on time.
