My family is very grateful for Tammy at this clinic! I tried to comb my children's heads, but struggling with them to sit still and taking the time necessary to be thorough, I quickly realized I needed professional help. This clinic is so comfortable and professional. Tammy quickly made the kids feel at ease and they had no trouble sitting still and letting her do the treatments. She was prepared with movies, snacks and toys for them. So happy to quickly and effectively deal with the lice. Highly recommended!
Tammy is awesome! I called in the late afternoon and she got us in right away for head checks and also treatment. Tammy has a big heart for helping families get their homes lice free and easing the stress & anxiety of the whole situation. She did multiple follow up head checks on the whole family, most of which were included in the treatment cost. The kids love seeing Miss Tammy, the Hair Lady. She makes it enjoyable to be there with the movies, books and snacks for the treatment time and toys, etc for the ones waiting their turn. Her clinic is very clean and comfortable to be in. Tammy is VERY thorough and professional, educating us on how to be proactive in keeping our home lice free.
I had the horror of discovering lice in daughter's hair. I freaked out, cried, and then I called Tammy. She answered the phone even though it was after 6:00 at night and she was about to board a flight home from Texas. She talked me down from the ledge, answered all my questions, gave me great advice for how to move forward, and then squeezed us in for an appointment the next morning only 8 hours after her flight landed back home. I took my son with us, she checked both our heads for free, and offered a free appointment to get my husband checked as well. She spent the remainder of 3 hours combing through my daughter's hair. She has toys, movies, snacks, and coffee to keep the kids occupied, and there is a laundromat next door so I was able to run our coats through the dryer to kill potential lice while we waited. My daughter was lice-free less than 24 hours after discovery, we had a free follow-up check in 5 days and another a week later. I had a solid plan to manage the home front and I felt way more educated on the topic. Even if you don't make an appointment, she offers great advice over the phone, but she is worth every penny for my piece of mind. Seriously recommend he

I'm so grateful for Tammy, she was thorough, helped ease my anxiety and was extremely patient with my hyper 3 year old. I wouldn't suggest trying to treat lice on your own, if you want to get rid of it completely. I learned that 85% of at home treatments fail. It's well worth the money. If you're on the fence about it, just call and talk to her and you'll make the right choice.
