I bought a brand new car two months ago but on the way to work, I thought I had a flat. It was a small nail in the tire. Joel and Sergio gave me quick and excellent service excellent despite the fact that they were super busy. Great service! Professional attitudes! Polite to all who entered. Top flight location. Great addition to the community!

Garcia (Sales?)n&nAdrian (technician?)nAnyway these two men were consummate professionals, check me in a half hour early explained everything very politely and professionally.nI needed a rotation and one tire monitoring sensor replace the price was very very reasonable less than half of what the dealership wanted.nI recommend America's Tire particularly this location very convenient off avenue 50.
Polite, efficient, checked my air and tires. Filed the air to required levels, noted low tread on one tire. No sales pitch, just great information.
Do not waste your time at this location I love Americas Tire but this location is a joke the techs were great but the appt system at this location needs some severe attention greeter and person who writes your name into the system need some coaching. Showed up at 843 appt was at 845 and didnt get seen until 940 why set up the appt when they dont honor it saw at least 3 cars pull in and not even an update on whats going on. Will just keep on going to the one on Highway 111 in Indio staff are always in the zone complete oposite of what it is in coachella.
Great place very fast if you make an appointment. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
