No one calls to update any status.nTechnicians dont know the names of parts they remove when diagnosing the problems.nThey perform repairs without a proper diagnosis description and repair needed.nAnd when you ask simple questions they cant amswer and get mad. To that point where they forget to put you on hold and you can hewr them talking bad about you the customer.nVery bad experience. This had been the second time, same scenario. I really like to gi e them the opportunity and business but its hard when you are not treated professionally and with reapect.

This family owned shop is excellent for welding fabrication and trailer repair. Prices are fair & the owners really seem to like their work, appreciate their employees, and care about their customers. I highly recommend them!
