If I could I will give zero stars. I agree with the previous comment that this place is the worst to file taxes. You don't get your full refund. The lady sends refunds to her personal bank account without peoples consent. Then she tries to write a personal check with thousands of dollars less. For sure she keeps over a thousand dollars of each person that goes to her. Please review your taxes and call the IRS. She is commiting fraud State and Federal. Also review your State Tax because she says is included in your IRS refund which is a NO NO. State and Federal are different refunds. She takes advantage of people who doesn't know how to read.nnSi pudiera le daria zero estrellas. Estoy de acuerdo con el comentario anterior. Este es el peor lugar para hacer tu declaración de Impuestos. La señora manda los reembolsos a su cuenta de banco sin el consentimiento de las personas. Después trata de hacerte un cheque personal con mil dolares menos que la cantidad que uno debe de recibir. Por favor revisen sus Taxes y llamen al IRS. esta señora esta haciendo fraude no solo federal pero tambien del estado. Cuidado cuando les da su reembolso federal porque dice que el del estado va incluido también, y claro que NO NO va incluido. El reembolso del Estado y Federal son totalmente diferentes. Esta señora tomo ventaja de personas que no saben leer o entender las formas del IRS.

Worst place to do your taxes. Not very helpful employees. Always closed. This tax preparation business and the people that work here are criminals they will take your money and not provide you with information that you have a right too.
