I've always had good service here. I can usually get tires installed within 3 days or less when making an appointment. Shops in Reno always seem to be booked for a 2 week wait. They have some seating inside, but I prefer to bring my own folding chair, and enjoy the outside air while waiting. My studded snow tires were completed very quickly. These people really seem to try to provide good quality service.

UPDATE TO REVIEW: Special ordered a wheel & tire for a trailer. They're having issues getting it in (beyond their control), but I received a call explaining the situation and asking if I still wanted the order. So nice to be kept in the loop. Awesome service!!nnTHEY'RE AWESOME!!!nHelped me find the odd size trailer tire I needed, even tho closest store was an hr away.nOnce I had the tire, they mounted it immediately. I didnt have to wait for other jobs that were there.nIn & out in five minutes. Will always do business there, even tho there's another store 30 minutes closer to me. They are well worth the drive.nThanks Les Scwab.
