Very beautiful place, looks great at first. Had to wait for some people to show up so we went to the bar.which only has beer but looks like it will have liquor soon. After a beautiful 20$! Pitcher was poured, things went down hill, we had to wait for a third glass for our pitcher and when we explained that we asked for 3 glasses, SHE GAVE US 3 GLASSES...then proceeds to play SPECIFICALLY COUNTRY MUSIC...OVER THE SUPER LOUD ROCK MUSIC THAT WAS PLAYING IN THE ACTUAL ALLEY. couldn't hear the person next to you. Then they were very rude so we decided not to even play and left. Very bad first impression but looks to have potential so there is that.

Waited 20 minutes for them to fix the lane we were in at the beginning of our game, then near the end it broke again and we had to wait another half hour, before we went over and asked for them to fix it and they said to 'wait a little longer.' At the same time, my sister had ordered a drink and the drink hadn't arrived for over 30 minutes, and we had to tell the waitresses to bring it over. Terrible customer service and I had a terrible time.
