This park was a great place to stop while driving through town. It has a pavilion for shade, and has a great playground that works for younger kids and older kids.
I have stopped here many times to eat lunch. I drive down to the reservation once or twice a year maybe more and this is one of the places I stopped. The time I got Subway and a bag of chips and we sat in the Pavilion and ate.
Clean, well kept. Nice, safe playground. Great for family picnics.
Nice place to stop and have lunch and let the kids run around and play. The tables are under a covered pavilion. There is also a skate park.
Town had a Very Fun Day planned for the Veterans Memorial Park.
