I highly recommend Norcal if you need a device. Aaron made me feel comfortable over the phone and answered all of my questions. When I took my car in, they were professional and kind. Even though my car gave them some obstacles, they were up for the challenge and Mike trouble shooted and worked until the job was done. Henri has been available every time that I reach out to him with questions and was able to get me in for a service ASAP despite my challenging schedule.nnWhile I was embarrassed to be in this situation, NorCal made me feel welcome and respected. Their location is conveniently located across the street from DMV, so as soon as the device was installed, I was able to turn in the paperwork.nnI feel very fortunate that this was the first company that I called.

These guys are very hard-working and friendly people! It obviously sucks getting an interlock device put in your car but I wouldn’t have any other company do it. I had a bad experience with the first company I went with but Norcal interlock treated me like I was there Freind.
