I have been using Jackson Hewitt for over 20 years. They have been very helpful to make sure we get every penny that we are entitled too. They are fast, friendly and reliable. My tax preparer John Hogg is amazing. And over the years I've had a few different preparers and still was very happy! Also, I can't count how many friends & family members of mine that get their taxes done as well. No complaints from us. When you itemized of course theres an extra fee but so far they are the cheapest & Best!!

Getting ready to do my taxes again at Jackson Hewitt...I've had my tax returns done there for years and I just want to give them Kudos for the service they have done all these years Everyone there is nice and knowledgeable.Looking forward to seeing everyone again.
Jackson Hewitt says they get u the maximum return on their commercial. That is farther from the truth. Was attended by the older woman with the desk in the front left...not only did she not tryen find me any deductions.... She didn't ask any questions towards getting me a deduction. When asked why I owe money when every year I get a return she said I must have changed how many dependants i have...uuhhh no I didnt. She simply didn't know why then began to ask me what I did with my money and why I didn't save during the year to pay the 1700 i now owe the IRS..wait what? Ive always gotten a return and who are u to ask me what I do with my money.? I wasnt satisfied and wanted to leave but she held my w2's captive till i pay the 200 for her poor services. Do not go there people!
I did have a five star, I worked with a man he was very nice, but the lady that works there is so unprofessional I will not be going again to that location...
