This place was referred to me by my sister. She said they were amazing and that I would like them as well. Sad to say, my opinion of the place is the exact opposite.nnAfter several attempts to contact them, I was finally able to secure an appointment. On the day of my appointment, I traveled over an hour to the office. Upon arriving (5-10 min) early, I soon realize that I was emailed 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment that they needed to cancel because property management forced everyone out of the building. I responded to the email, letting Toni know that I was there and she apologized and informed me she would call me the following day. Again, disappointed since that phone call never came. I’m assuming the call the next day did not occur because in the email I was promised a ”no-cost” service for being inconvenienced.nnSome may have a wonderful experience with them, I however have not. And because of my horrible experience with them - I would recommend you seek service elsewhere.

Toni was great on doing my tax return. I did not have my bank account information so I called on the next business day to to give the information. I gave the information to the receptionist. Well after weeks of waiting for my tax return I called to confirm on it. Unfortunately it was NEVER FILED. So now I have to wait for weeks for my tax return to come. I asked to speak to Toni and was told she is very busy. So I left to have her call me. I'm pretty sure the message will not reach her.nSo very disappointed and very unprofessional of that receptionist.

my finances and taxes were in a complete mess. the young, energetic, very intelligent family staff was unbeatable. far beyond saving me many many thousands of dollars, they have set me up with a very professional plan so I do not get in this trouble in the future I think you all very very much.

Worst experience. My 2018 taxes were never filed. I called in April 2020, was told they fixed the problem and were filed yet I cannot find records on the IRS website that they were filed. I have tried emailing Toni a number of times, she said it was beyond her control as the IRS wasn’t updating their website. I have tried emailing her again and now I’m being ignored.

Horrible experience this morning. I called last week to schedule an appointment with Josh, who was referred to me by a friend. I asked the person that answered the phone if Josh was a CPA and was told yes. I needed help and advise on my filed 2018 taxes...Josh is not a CPA and pulled up my Corporated information on the Secretary of State Website and that is not why I was there! He repeatedly went over Corporate Law and IRS Law, again not what I was there for. He would not even look me in the eye or answer my question directly...I finally got up and said you can't help me I was under the impression I was seeing a CPA who could help me with taxes and bookkeeping moving forward. Unprofessional to say the least...this was a total waste of my time and money!
