My wife was in an accident on Tuesday. Vehicle was towed to Pacific Elite that afternoon. Received an estimate within two hours. Signed up for text alerts. Received consistent status updates. Vehicle was ready by Friday as promised. Clean work! Vehicle looks like new. Highly recommend!
I am just grateful that I chose Pacific Elite Collision in Stanton togto to with my auto body repair. They did an outstanding job on the repair itself.and paint is blended perfectly. But it was my advisor Jesse that made the whole experience stress free. He was professional and answered all my concerns. He got back quickly with my estimate and kept me update at every stage of the repair. I mean the whole thing from beginning to end was literally.stress free. PacificElite is an excellent top of the line collision center they took care of my 2015 Camry and have it ready ahead of schedule very satisfied referring other people. Excellent customer service specially the lady up front and Jesus Gutierrez. help us return the rental to enterprise and made the transition very smooth and easy specially because I had surgery, few days before and was easy for my wife to go in and sign off paperwork and get out while I waited on the car. Recently I had to take my 2016 in for minor body damage to my 2016 Nissan Altima. From day one the service was personable, kind, and present. The repairs were concluded within the 14 day span they estimated, and they were able to assist me in making sure it was covered by the comprehensive portion of my insurance, all I had to pay was my deductible. I would recommend this repair shop to any and all.
