I was referred to them by a Mercedes dealer in San Diego, who lauded the service and quality of work. I needed to have an additional battery and a customer battery tray installed. I was not been disappointed! Mark and his team are honest, professional and friendly. Mark takes the time to chat with customers and share valuable tips and suggestions. Oscar is spot on and makes every effort to accommodate customers. Although I could have gotten some additional the work done down here in San Diego, I preferred to take the time to drive up and have them do it - they are that good! Congrats to Mark and his team on truly great customer service!

I had a tonneau cover installed on my Tacoma last week. They did a good job. There was a slight compromise once the cover was installed, but James was able to figure out a very creative solution. This was my second time getting a tonneau cover at American Camper Shells. I had one installed on my Nissan Frontier in 2015 too.
Price was competitive. Installation had to be scheduled, but once I made my appointment time, as was there for only an hour. Great place to go if you want a camper shell or Bakflip cover for your truck.
Experience was good overall except at the end.nMisunderstanding and back window was not in the utility shell. They ordered and installed the window at no cost, only thing is the window is 1” off from being centered on the back hatch. I called and a salesman took message for my salesman, he never called me back.nNot real happy with the look and fit of shell but that is more Snugtop/Lear doing.nJohn H.
