Didn't have what we needed, UHAUL is a mess right now in COVID. If you can avoid it, do, but if you can't you MUST use the APP! The App will walk you through the process. Do NOT Call their 800 number!
What kind of a business won't allow customers to pay for a service? Offered to pay for six months up front and was refused.nnI'll be taking my business to their competitors who have gladly agreed to take my money.
Really like the staff. Karin is very friendly and helpful. I agree with the poster who doesn't like the raised rates. The cost of living is high enough. I highly recommend this place for Uhaul rentals or self storage. They are honest and provide excellent customer service. I had a bad experience once, but the owner was more than helpful in making it right, and was able to shed light on why the negative experience might have happened in the first place.
These guys are friendly and very helpful!
