This is my Firestone Complete Auto Care import and their service have always been great. My service advisor. He's always courteous and exceed my expectations. He's wonderful and takes care of servicing my car in the best way possible.

These guys were great. They weren't able to align my Toyota 86 since it was too low. They were great with communicating with me and suggesting me to a shop that wouldn't have a problem helping me.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We called and they notified that they were open until 6 PM and we got there at five. Before arriving we made sure it was OK to get our oil change. After getting there he had a horrible attitude and he treated us as if we were a burden being there. He was extremely rude so we left. We went to Valvoline Instead to get an oil change and their customer service was amazing. They are friendly we are only here for 10 minutes and I will never ever go to fire stone again.
Excellent service and good quality people to deal with I really recommend FIRESTONE. Thank you Samuel for helping me to resolve my car problem. This place also has reasonable price. Please go there !!!
