I took my car there due to a back wheel well issue. The fix was quick. Other shops would have charged me at least $50. The owner was gracious and did not charge me at all. Everyone in the shop was great. From the front office, the mechanics etc. The shop was very clean.nI highly recommend this shop to everyone.
One word, Outstanding!nHaving multiple negative experiences due to our previous mechanic retiring and selling his business. We were faced with a tough decision to find a new mechanic. The stigma of being taken advantage of, due to lack of automotive mechanics was our biggest fear. Reaching out to our friends, we were recommended to Castners Auto Service.nHaving one of our immaculately maintained service truck having an overheating problem, had us reaching out for their opinion and expertise. From the initial inquiry, had us in a position feeling vulnerable due to our work truck being “down”. Ron and team were comforting and precise. They reassured us they would get us up and running ASAP. We coordinated our tow with Veteran Tow and had the truck in their hands at 7:30am the following morning. They got to work immediately and updated us regularly. They completed the repair earlier than anticipated and to top it off, they came in under their initial quote. Fair, competent and reliable.
