Had a vehicle inspection done at this location and while there I witnessed Jared handle a disgruntled customer ahead of me with courtesy, professionalism and respect. In the customer service industry you don't see that too often. I appreciated not only witnessing this but his courtesy to advise me when, what and how he would handle my needs as a customer.
