My phone number was entered wrong on the order form when placing my delivery order, regardless of whether pizza hut was at fault or not they still treated it as though they did something wrong. They still had my order available despite having failed to deliver due to my own error. Thanks for the great customer service and the great pizza!
Very good pizza. Very good delivery. Sometimes they arrive earlier than it says it will! It shows the drivers really love doing their jobs.
Ordered online went to pick up, for curbside pickup, waited over 20 min. Finally went inside. Waited another 5 min. Then was handed a luke warm pizza & a lot of defensive attitude because I made a comment about the wait & no longer hot pizza! The person behind the counter was mad at me & complained he was alone, but while I was waiting another employee was sitting there eating.
Employee's were very nice. Unlike the employee's at the Orange location. I have not been back to the Orange location in a few years, due to the rude employee's and bad customer service. This location is excellent. Thank you for the good food and great customer service.
