RHC is a great place to work out. I do mostly pool exercises because I'm 70 and my body works better in water than on land for exercise. The pool area is very welcoming and relaxing. The exercise pool is warm, the lap pool is cooler, they both feel good. During Covid they are doing an excellent job of keeping everyone safe.
Even with the new restrictions with Covid the crew and owners have done an AMAZING job at making sure we are all safe and able to have access to our gym we love and appreciate everything they done ud83eudd70ud83eudd17
It was great to get back to the Club, obviously different due to COVID but I still got a a great workout!
Staff is friendly and the equipment is in good shape and locker rooms are remodeled. The remodeled pool is also padded so it's easier on your feet and has a lap line side as and an exercise pool side. There are several classes every night for you to choose from, including swimming options. Their app keeps everything up to date and has challenges that help keep me motivated.nnOccasionally parking can be challenging (especially right after 5) but I have always found a spot after a second drive thru. In the five years I've been going there I've never had an exercise class cancelled at the Mount Vernon location but the Sedro Woolley classes has been cancelled or changed. If there is a class you are wanting to go to at the Sedro location, you might want to call and verify its still going on.
Love the fact that there is so many different classes that are offered with your membership, and that I dont have a set amount of time on any given equipment.
