Amazing studio. I love the teachers and the positive energy!
This place is great. All of the staff I have met are great. The classes are numerous with convenient times. The facility is clean and inviting albeit a bit cramped for popular classes. Free oatmeal and coffee. What more do you want?

Great place! I highly recommend Terry Woodiwiss massage therapist gives one of the best I have ever had!! And I have had a lot! Very intuitive to what your body needs, and adjusts accordingly! I would highly recommend his services!! A++ Spero Spas loss, is Quantum Health's gain for sure!!
Went last night for the first time and had such an amazing experience. Staff was very friendly and helped me get started with a 3 class pass for $25. The 6pm class was warm but not hot, all levels of experience are welcome. As a moderately active person I found the class mildly challenging but in the best way. I absolutely will continue to go and I would highly recommend anyone interested in yoga to try this place out.
