Mot's Alterations

Mot is a wonderful seamstress. She fixed my bridesmaids dresses that were all made wring and also did an amazing job shortening my 2nd wedding dress.

She did an excellent job on hemming my pants and the price isn't too high.

VERY RUDE. I was unhappy with my alteration and when I called to see if it could be fixed, she said no and proceeded to blame me for it. Regardless if it was a miscommunication or not, she YELLED at me on the phone for 5 minutes when in fact, it was MY article of clothing that she ruined. She never once apologized to me as her customer. She even hung up on me. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

I brought a wool suit jacket to Mot and asked her to shorten the arms so my shirt cuffs would show, which she did. She also mended a torn seam on one leg of the suit pants. She was friendly at drop off and pick up. She was quick with her measurements. I dropped off the suit the same day that I initially contacted Mot. The suit was ready for pickup 24 hours later.
