Great customer service here! Workers were friendly, helpful and patient with our questions and helped us find what we needed for our animals. Also clean, organized and well-stocked.nWhen we discovered a faulty pet water bottle on the way home, an employee actually agreed to test out a replacement for us so that it would be ready and be sure to work - helping us avoid missing our ferry home. SO very impressed.. thanks guys! We'll be back.

They're always very nice here and helpful. I buy pet items and saw dust repurposed logs which burn cleaner in the wood stove.
