Old Navy - with Curbside Pickup

Really good store. Employees were nice and really good sales.

Went in today to look for Capri pants which they really had none of. Quality of clothes has gone down while prices have gone up. Employees need a class in customer service. The first one i asked for help finding a certain tank top I tried on but couldn't remember where it came from, looked at me like i was speaking a foreign language, so I found it myself. Two employees were stranding sound the sales floor complaining about their jobs. The girl at the dressing rooms didn't even acknowledge me. The cashier couldn't get me out fast enough, I felt like she was just hitting her sales goal. Overall a very subpar experience. My friend had $250 in gift certificates, she just checked the balance on them, and the girl said they were active but wouldn't work. Left us puzzled. I will give them that it was very clean and organized which made finding sizes easy. Hand sanitizer station up front. Everyone had masks on

Same old cheap clothes that are over priced as usual. Grocery outlet quality with a old navy logo.

I really was impressed with the sales but not into most of the stuff. It just really wasn't my style.
