I went to Chantelle's after seeing their sign off of Burlington Blvd. Since being recently engaged I thought I would make an appointment. Carol was amazing with both me and my guests! She took her time and showed that she really cared. I ended up buying a beautiful dress and veil for under $350! I can not recommend them enough! We will definitely be going back for whatever dresses/accessories we need! They are amazing!

I wasn't sure if we could pull off a wedding in 2 months during covid. Jan and her team made it possible. She opened the shop special, showed us only dresses she had in stock, worked with our budget, and made my daughter feel like the princess bride every woman wants to feel like. What do we remember about our experience? LOVE

Words cannot express what Jan and her husband Ken did for me yesterday. The wedding is today and she made me feel better than I have through this entire planning process. Not only did she find me the dress of my dreams, but gave me my excitement and confidence back. The atmosphere is so welcoming, they are truly a business that goes above and beyond. This is the place we bought Tianna’s graduation dress. The owner and her employees are friendly and very helpful. If it wasn’t for their great service and dresses look better on than on the hanger attitude we would of never found her dress. After seeing it on Tianna we couldn’t get our mind off it. We came back home to Canada empty handed only because we just started looking. I gave the owner a call one week later and she remembered us. She put the dress on hold for when we could make the trip back. No questions asked, no pressure. She was so kind and helpful that it made our experience very pleasant. I wish I could say the same for our Canadian store experience. We are grateful for Chantelle’s Bridal. Highly recommend for all your gown needs!
