Delicious meals! My absolute favorite is their salmon meals! I couldn't believe how well they cook their salmon because it's always a hit or miss in restaurants and I truly believe theirs is better and consistently amazing! Their meals are tasty, simple, and healthy. My fiance and I do the grab and go meals every Sunday and life's gotten so much better without the hassle of having to cook for two people for the whole week. Their meals are very fairly priced as well, we truly appreciate that.

This place is amazing if you're looking for prepared meals! They don't overcharge like most other meal prep places (most meals between $7 and $8). They do deliver for a small fee (though I pick up my meals for free). And what's great is if you don't want to order ahead, you can go on site for their grab and go meals! They have all tasted great (to me at least) and I get enough variety when I either order or pick up that I don't get tired of the repeat during the week...which is what happens when I make my own. Highly recommend if you're looking for healthy meal preps! Also - the protein donuts are AMAZING!!!

This is my favorite meal prep kitchen by far. Great food that helps me stay on my diet.

Eating healthy has always been a struggle because usually the unhealthy stuff is so much better, but Healthy Meals Kitchen not only has great flavor but has started to change my eating habits. I find myself less reluctant to try the healthier option knowing that it might be as good as Healthy Meals Kitchens food.
