This place really lived up to the reviews. Edi was quick, considerate, and seemed genuinely concerned with saving me money. Most places would've charged me to replace my whole heating unit, but he knew how to fix it without tearing my car apart. The work took about 5 hours, which is probably quicker than most. Will definetly be returning for any future car troubles!
I highly recommend taking your car here. Not only was their customer service outstanding, but they got the job done quicker than I could've ever hoped for and even washed my car before returning it to me. Sergio went above and beyond and actually drove me home when I was unable to secure a rental or a ride after dropping my car off for repair. I had such a great experience here!
The Caliber crew are fantastic! They had it done two days ahead of time. Fun crew very responsive and personal. I love these guys!
Excellent customer service, everybody was super helpful and communicative! Worked seamlessly with my auto insurance to get the damage repaired quickly.
Came in for a quote for my Jaguar after being backed into. This was supposed to be a simple process and settled outside of insurance, these guys made it extremely hard to even get the process started. There quote was also more than double what I had from other shops. I ended up driving a quarter of a mile to Laguna Beach Auto Body and had it done there for half the price.
